Support by phone is available to all existing customers covered under warranty or a Service Agreement. Current remote support rates may apply. Support is available in English only, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST (closed on holidays).

Traditional email support is available to users 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Requests for support using the email support system can be sent from any mail client or web –based mail provider and are processed by a support technician within 24-48 hours who will respond personally the request.

Existing customers can open, review and manage their requests for support by logging on to our easy to use web-based trouble reporting and tracking system day or night. The online support ticket system provides managers, technicians and users a detailed view of existing/previously opened support requests as well as a robust rich-text editor with many features.

Increasing customer satisfaction and reducing service time has never been easier. Fast and secure on-demand remote support is available to all customers as covered under a warranty or Service Agreement plan, or on-demand at our current hourly remote support rates. A java enabled browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox is required.

When an experienced hand is necessary, we offer scheduled on-site support appointments to visit your business and end-users. We offer on-demand support at our standard hourly rates and recurring End-User Support Agreement plans at reduced hourly rates for additional value. Emergency and weekend support options are also available.
